I teach flowy and powerful vinyasa classes to get you excited for the day and calming classes to relax you after a long day of work.
I like to work with props and believe in small adjustments, every body and everybody is different – alignment is of key importance for safety and the full benefit of your practice.
I have practiced a lot in Africa and did my training in Central America, and some of those elements can be found in my classes.
